However, few empirical studies go bad these relationships together. This article explores those relationships using SEM with data from 451 Spanish ?rms. The ?ndings show that two variables organisational learning and innovation contribute positively to byplay performance, and that organizational learning affects innovation. Another ?nding of this study is that size and sequence of the ?rm, diligence and environmental turbulence moderate these relations. © 2010 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved .
